We collect your email address when you sign in with Google, and basic subscription status (plan, expiry) to manage your license. We do not sell your data.
Orcha does not collect, transmit, or store any workflow data, automation content, or screenshots from your Mac. All workflow execution happens locally on your device.
Sign-in is handled via Google OAuth. We store your Google account email and a unique identifier to manage your account. We do not store your Google password.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. We receive only your email address and subscription status from Paddle. Your card details are handled entirely by Paddle and are never stored on our servers.
Account data (email, plan status) is stored securely in a cloud database. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
Our website uses no tracking cookies. We use only essential session cookies required for authentication.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing support@orchahq.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
