If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. Refund requests after this period are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Email support@orchahq.com with your order details (email address used to purchase). We aim to process all refund requests within 3 business days.
We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback. We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and promptly.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing but does not trigger a refund for the current billing period unless you are within the 14-day refund window.
All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle.com as our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment disputes in accordance with their terms.
