Orcha grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on your Mac devices for personal or commercial purposes, subject to your active subscription.
Orcha offers Standard and Pro subscription plans billed monthly. Subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. You can cancel at any time from your account or by contacting support.
New users receive a 7-day free trial with full Pro access. No credit card is required for the trial period.
You may not use Orcha to violate any laws, infringe on the rights of others, or interfere with other software or systems in an unauthorised way.
Orcha and all related content are owned by OrchAHQ. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the software without permission.
Orcha is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the software.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
